NJIT’s online MBA program gives students the flexibility to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving global business landscape. Over the course of eight semesters, tech-savvy management professionals will develop decision-making and problem-solving skills needed to strategically leverage technology, manage innovation and operate as an engaged leader within the business world.

Concentrations: Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Custom and STEM-MBA

Five themes will guide students in the Online MBA program at NJIT and are thought to be essential for success in business. They include, competitive advantage through strategic alignment, fostering knowledge-based innovation, managing uncertainty and change, managing in real time and managing global hyper-competition.

At some point in their careers, successful professionals may earn the opportunity to move into managerial positions. The MSBA program is designed to facilitate this transition. It is more focused than the MBA curriculum through a stronger emphasis on mastery of a concentration.

Students have flexibility to take classes during the evening, weekend or even online to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. The program may be completed in two years part-time or in one year full-time.
